Who we are
Nsure (“Nsure,” “we,” “us”) is a Ciullo company that provides revenue recovery, coverage discovery, and eligibility services to healthcare providers. This policy covers nsurecorp.com and nsurepayment.com (the “Site”). It does not cover the services we deliver to clients under contract, which are governed by our service agreements and Business Associate Agreements.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a Free Recovery Analysis, book a call, or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, title, work email, phone, organization, and the business details you share about billing volume, payer mix, and systems.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools to understand how the Site is used: pages visited, referring site, approximate location, device and browser type, and IP address. We use Google Analytics and HubSpot for this.
How we use it
- To prepare the analysis or information you asked for and follow up about it.
- To respond to questions and schedule conversations.
- To understand how the Site performs and improve it.
- To send occasional information about Nsure services. You can opt out any time using the link in any email or by writing to us.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as HubSpot (CRM and scheduling), Google (analytics), and Netlify (hosting and form handling). They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also share information with affiliated Ciullo companies when you ask about services they deliver, or when required by law.
Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site work. To opt out of Google Analytics across the web, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and analysis information for as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information collected through this Site. Our client-facing services operate under HIPAA and a formal security program; this Site is intentionally kept free of patient data.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. Write to us at the address below and we’ll respond promptly.
Children
The Site is for healthcare organizations and their staff. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
