Is Nsure only for claims that were already denied?
No. Half the platform runs before a claim exists: coverage and demographics at registration, prior authorization, coding review, and liability scrubbing before your team submits. The post-billing modules catch what still gets through. Nsure never submits claims or replaces your clearinghouse. Most clients start on one end and add the other once they see the numbers.
Do we have to leave our billing company or change our team?
No. Your team or your billing company keeps the first pass. We run the second pass with data and technology they don’t have. Many billing companies partner with us for exactly this reason.
What is the free analysis, exactly?
A short questionnaire about your specialty, payer mix, volume, and how billing runs today. From that and what we see across practices like yours, we show where revenue is most likely leaking and the range we typically recover. It’s an estimate, not an audit. We don’t ask for logins or files until you sign.
How does pricing work?
Two ways. The managed service is contingency: a percentage of what we recover, nothing else. The software is a flat monthly rate with transactions included, then a per-transaction rate, for teams who run the platform themselves. Rates are set by specialty and volume before you sign.
How do we know the recovered amounts are real?
Every dollar we invoice is a paid claim or collected balance you can see in your own PM system. Paid only, no estimates, no projections.
How does patient outreach work without upsetting our patients?
Everything goes out under your practice’s name and financial policy: a statement, a text with a payment link, and a call from an AI assistant that sounds like your office and can set up a payment plan. Payments go to your merchant account. We’re an extension of your front desk, not a collection agency.
How fast can you connect to our systems?
Most practices are live within two weeks. HL7, API, and SFTP to every major EHR, PM system, and clearinghouse, or our standalone portal with no integration at all. HIPAA compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified.
